A set of 4 Andy Warhol portraits by Philippe Halsman. These are a set of authenticated original final proofs from the 1968 Warhol Halsman collaborative exhibition at the Nahan Gallery, New York. Professionally mounted and framed in ebonised oak. The photos depict Warhol’s image in a series of manipulated colours and chemically modified darkroom effects. Iconic images from two of the most important artists of the 20th century – renowned photographer Philippe Halsman and pop art pioneer Andy Warhol.
